My name is Debbie, I am a qualified, experienced Massage Therapist. After more than ten years improving my techniques I am happy to become the Business Director of GotYourBackLondon Ltd.  

You can make an appointment to visit our Clinic in Central London, we are located minutes away from Liverpool Street Station, 8 Harrow Place, E17DB.

I qualified in Chiro massage in 2014, (Kabat School of Holistic and Physical Therapies in Madrid) where I  Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. I also hold a Swedish Massage Diploma from The Beauty Academy in London too. In addition to this, I am also accredited by the CPD and IPHM in Body Massage, Body Wraps, Deep Tissue Massage, Himalayan Stones Massage, Hot Stones Massage, Cavitation and Facials.

I firmly believe that regular massage can help people who suffer with mobility issues, alleviate pain and reduce stress, as well as benefiting general wellbeing.

My main goal is to create a safe environment where trust and constant feedback are imperative. I care for my patients as if they were my own family, with regular follow ups to revise the improvement and a soft touch that only a good therapist can give you.

Anton began his journey in Romania, where he earned his Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2015. After moving to the UK, he rekindled his passion for massage under expert guidance, further honing his skills. Anton also holds a diploma in On-site Chair Massage from the prestigious International Massage Education School, where he became a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. With a wealth of knowledge and a genuine commitment to his craft, Anton provides exceptional massage therapy that promotes relaxation and well-being.

My name is Lina Pacheco, and I am a dedicated therapist with nine years of experience in the field, originally from Colombia. I completed my studies in Massage Therapy and Reflexology at a prestigious college in the Canary Islands, where I also gained valuable practical experience working at the Sheraton Hotel.

Upon relocating to London, I further advanced my skills by exploring a range of therapeutic techniques. I currently specialize in:

 There is a variety of treatments you can choose from, depending on your needs.

• Swedish Massage. The most common massage. It releases tension and relaxes the body, with gentle strokes, kneading and trigger points pressure to relax your muscles and stimulate your blood flow and lymphatic system.
• Sports Massage. This is a deeper technique, perfect for athletes, people with injuries and some chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia and lower back pain. 
• Deep Tissue Massage. This is a deep full body massage, targeting the deepest layers of tissue and muscle to release all the tension. It combines deep strokes to warm up the muscles and different types of pressure, with stroking and kneading movements on the affected areas.
• Aromatherapy Massage. Surround yourself with the most delicious essences, there are many different combinations depending on your goals, from Sleep Inductive Massage, to energizing treatments. I will always provide the best combinations for you. 
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage. This is a superficial massage, with gentle strokes to direct the excess of fluid towards the lymphatic system in order to increase the lymph flow. It is essential for post operatory patients to receive several Lymphatic Drainage Massages in order to prevent and eliminate post surgical edema.
