Please ensure you are at the place of treatment 5 minutes before your appointment and ready to receive your treatment. Any delays may reduce your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time to ensure that the next client will not be delayed.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
In the event that you fail to provide the required advanced notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment fees.
If you forget your appointment it will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount.
The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder. The massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatment nor perform spinal manipulations. You hold all responsibility for the treatment you receive.
You will fill a medical form prior to your treatment ( you can find my THERAPIST FORM online, www.gotyourbacklondon.com/book-now and scroll down below the treatments available) with essential information for your therapist. Please be accurate and honest, it will help your therapist to perform her treatment correctly and safely.
Our commitment to our clients
All treatments provided will last for the specified duration purchased. i.e. a 60 minute treatment will last 60 minutes (unless you are late⌛).
All clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment.
Treatments will only be conducted if the treatment is safe for the client to receive.
GP/Consultant permission may be required before treatments can be provided.
We will not tolerate any kind of inappropriate behaviour. The massage therapist should and will stop the treatment if he/she/they feels uncomfortable or unsafe due to customers misbehaviour. No refund should be issued, and depending on the gravity of the offence the authorities will be contacted.
